Breakout PH x Ramada Manila - Before The Dawn: Rizal's Final Passage

Experience this limited-time, hotel-wide Hybrid Breakout On-Demand game, in collaboration with Ramada by Wyndham Manila Central, running for all weekends of August 2026 in celebration of History Month!

 

Step into 1896 Binondo, on the night after Dr. José Rizal’s execution.

 

Rumors spread of an unfinished novel left behind by Dr. José Rizal found inside a hidden study room in Binondo — one that could shape the future of the nation. As trusted Ilustrados, your team of reformists and young scholars must uncover hidden fragments of Rizal's unfinished novel, decode layered messages left behind by his inner circle, and decide how the final chapter should be completed before time runs out. You have 45 minutes to uncover his final passage before the Spanish authorities close in on the hidden study.

 

Can you Breakout, and uncover the truth? Or will history be #TrappedForever?

 

Key Details:

Location: Ramada by Wyndham Manila Central, Binondo

Format: Hotel-wide immersive puzzle adventure

Duration: 45 minutes

Maximum Players: Up to 15 players

Players Per Timeslot: Unlike traditional Breakout rooms, booking a slot does not reserve the entire session exclusively for your group. If your group has fewer than 15 players, the remaining slots may still be booked by other participants—meaning you may need to team up with other groups during the experience.

Recommended For: Ages 10+ (Children should be accompanied by a participating adult)

Event Duration: Every weekend of August 2026 - in celebration of History Month

Timeslots: Hourly from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (10 sessions daily)

Ticket Fee:

1 to 9 players - P 500 per person

10 to 15 players - P 400 per person

 

Bonus Perk: Every ticket includes one complimentary drink (refreshment or brewed coffee) redeemable at Mento Restaurant, located on the top floor of the hotel.

VIRTUAL ESCAPE ROOM AVATAR (VERA)

- You can now PLAN as a team, SOLVE puzzles and ESCAPE virtually through a Virtual Escape Room Avatar (VERA)!

- Featuring our crowd-favorite Clownhouse room, your very own VERA will be your eyes, ears, hands and feet that will be navigating through our escape room as you give your commands online.

- Minimum Team Size: 4 Users

- Maximum Team Size: 12 Users

Our Low Prices are as follows:
- Team of 4 users = P400 per user
- For 5 - 12 users = P350 per user

DECEMBER 25, 2018 EDITION

  • This started out our #BreakoutOnlineChallenge Series! It looks like a blank photo, but it is certainly not. Click here to try and solve it!
  • Warning, to date only 40 people has solved this edition. Succeeding challenges were made easier using this edition as a benchmark.

APRIL 5, 2019 EDITION

  • This is our easiest edition to date with over 223 finishers. Click here to try and solve it!
  • Don't be deceived with the number of finishers though! There was still thousands of players that didn't solve it.

APRIL 22, 2019 EDITION

  • This is a special edition made by 'Camp Breakout' and their evil / happy campers: Aldwin, Carmella, Cindel, Juliene, Kyle, and Ronnie. They are an amazing group of current players from our Breakout Takeout Living Legends Edition.
  • They are currently still stuck in Puzzle 48 of our 50 puzzle special challenge so they made their own set of puzzles to try and share the frustration to others. Click here to try and solve it!
